In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining our general ledger, processing invoices, and reconciling bank statements. You'll work closely with our Finance Manager to ensure all financial records are up-to-date and accurate, providing valuable support to our financial team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and categorized.
• Process and verify invoices, ensuring they are paid on time and within budget.
• Reconcile bank statements, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements.
• Support the Finance Manager in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
