Duta Hana Spareparts is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Deputy Admin Finance to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the finance department in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and assisting with various administrative tasks. This role offers a competitive salary and a dynamic work environment in Cianjur, Jawa Barat.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and processing of financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments.,Maintain and update financial records and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.,Support the finance team in reconciling accounts and preparing financial reports.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial statements.,Handle administrative tasks related to the finance department, such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.,Provide administrative support to the finance manager and other department heads as needed.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.,Assist in the organization and maintenance of the finance department's filing system.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
