📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure their proper functioning.,Assist in the installation and configuration of new software and hardware.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Assist in the planning and implementation of IT projects.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and procedures.,Work with the IT team to ensure the security and integrity of our systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with IT support tools and technologies.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.
