• Coordinate with various government agencies, private sector partners, and community stakeholders to achieve regulatory goals.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks and challenges.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the National Supervision team to ensure effective performance.
• Represent the Government of Bangka Belitung Province at national and international forums to advocate for regulatory policies.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of regulatory reporting and documentation.
• Stay updated with the latest regulatory developments and trends to inform policy decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in regulatory affairs, government oversight, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successful policy development and implementation.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using regulatory management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Certification in regulatory compliance or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is required.
