📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Reconcile bank accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Process and verify invoices, payment receipts, and other financial transactions using QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Prepare and submit tax returns and financial reports to the relevant authorities.
• Support the finance team in financial analysis and forecasting activities.
• Maintain and update financial records and databases.
• Assist in the preparation of budget and financial planning documents.
• Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a construction materials company.
