📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production process to ensure timely and efficient output.,Monitor and maintain quality standards and implement corrective actions as needed.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize production schedules and resources.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.,Train and mentor production staff to enhance productivity and quality.,Develop and implement production plans and strategies to meet business goals.,Manage inventory and ensure proper stock control to support production needs.,Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and productivity.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP or production management software is a plus.,Indonesian citizenship or work permit for Bogor, Jawa Barat.
