📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain sales records and databases to ensure accuracy and completeness.,Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.,Coordinate with sales teams to schedule appointments, meetings, and follow-ups.,Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure high customer satisfaction.,Support the sales team in preparing proposals, contracts, and other sales documentation.,Assist in organizing and managing sales events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure all administrative tasks are completed promptly and efficiently.,Provide administrative support to the sales manager, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and other logistical matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales administrative or support role.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
