📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive growth in the luxury agribusiness sector.,Manage and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and support to achieve targets and objectives.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust strategies accordingly.,Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and social media content.,Organize and execute marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to promote our products and services.,Analyze sales data and marketing performance to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the luxury agribusiness sector.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.
