📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers with a warm and professional demeanor.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.,Manage and maintain the reception area, including cleaning and organization.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Assist with event planning and coordination.,Monitor and maintain security and safety protocols.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.,Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic computer and office software.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
