📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Developing and drafting patterns for various fashion and apparel products,Ensuring patterns are accurate and meet quality standards,Collaborating with designers to understand and interpret their vision,Managing and mentoring junior pattern makers,Keeping up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and industry standards,Ensuring efficient use of materials and minimizing waste,Working closely with the production team to ensure smooth workflow,Conducting quality checks on finished products

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in pattern making,Proven experience in the fashion and apparel industry,Strong knowledge of CAD software and pattern making software,Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong communication and teamwork skills,Familiarity with Indonesian market trends and consumer preferences
