In this role, you will play a crucial part in our recruitment process, assisting in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintain and update job postings on various platforms.,Schedule and conduct initial interviews with candidates.,Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding materials.,Support the HR team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.,Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR roles.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with job boards and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.,Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
