📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the bar, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness.
• Manage and train a team of bartenders, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Create and maintain a diverse cocktail menu, incorporating local and international flavors.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain stock.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the resort's overall service strategy.
• Promote the resort's brand and products to guests and staff alike.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting.
• Proven experience in mixology and cocktail preparation, with a strong understanding of spirits and mixers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
