📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the daily operations of the section, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve production processes.,Managing a team of employees, providing guidance and support.,Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Monitoring and reporting on production performance and quality.,Collaborating with other departments to achieve organizational goals.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and quality assurance programs.,Representing the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the food industry.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Proven track record of improving production efficiency and quality.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with food safety and quality assurance standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
