📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the team.,Coordinate and supervise the work of junior staff members.,Monitor performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.,Assist in training and developing new employees.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching.,Maintain accurate records and reports for management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR management systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
