📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast and Western cuisine dishes, including salads, smoothies, pasta, and rice dishes.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.
• Assist in inventory management using FreshBooks.
• Track financial transactions and expenses using QuickBooks.
• Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Prepare and maintain food presentation to meet customer expectations.
• Assist in training new kitchen staff to uphold quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in breakfast and Western cuisine.
• Proficiency in using FreshBooks and QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with local and international food trends and techniques.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
