As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.,Develop and maintain a network of potential and existing customers.,Promote products through various marketing channels, including social media, email, and direct outreach.,Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.,Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns and complaints.,Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth and effective sales processes.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales events to showcase our products and network with potential customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field work.
