📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Create and implement daily and weekly menus in collaboration with management.,Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for food and kitchen supplies.,Ensure all food handling and storage practices are in accordance with company policies and regulations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment to promote food safety and efficiency.,Develop and implement cost control measures for kitchen operations.,Participate in quality control processes to ensure consistent product quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in the food service industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local and international culinary trends and techniques.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Valid food handler's permit and any other relevant certifications.
