📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.,Manage recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.,Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Lead training and development programs to enhance employee skills.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.,Handle employee grievances and ensure a positive work environment.,Collaborate with management to address HR-related issues and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven track record of successfully managing HR functions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
