Bloom Store Unggul is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our recruitment efforts and contributing to our goal of building a strong and diverse workforce.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the recruitment team in screening and evaluating job applicants.
  • Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of recruitment strategies.
  • Assist in the organization of recruitment events and activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the recruitment field.
