📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure the store meets all company standards and regulations.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor store performance and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote store events and special offers.,Conduct regular stock checks and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Participate in inventory management and restocking activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Fluency in Indonesian is required; English proficiency is a plus.
