📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the IT department, overseeing all aspects of IT operations and infrastructure.,Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company's business objectives.,Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data.,Manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.,Provide technical support to employees and departments as needed.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to our IT infrastructure.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that IT solutions meet their needs and requirements.,Monitor and analyze IT performance metrics, and make recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management and leadership roles.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security systems.,Experience with project management methodologies and tools.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing IT teams.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
