📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise all aspects of the store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to enhance their performance and contribute to a positive work environment.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special events within the store.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.
