📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient food preparation.,Develop and implement menus that align with the restaurant's vision and customer preferences.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and safety.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and hygiene practices.,Manage inventory and procurement to optimize costs and ensure ingredient availability.,Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute special events, promotions, and seasonal menus.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to sanitation and safety standards.,Stay updated with culinary trends and best practices to continuously improve food quality and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid food safety and hygiene certifications.
