📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is maintained to a high standard.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales and financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.,Train and develop staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.,Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement them in the restaurant.,Represent the restaurant at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of success in a similar position.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience with remote management and team collaboration tools.
