📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.,Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and development.,Monitor and maintain food and beverage quality, safety, and cost controls.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and local laws.,Manage budgets and financial performance of the restaurant.,Lead and motivate the team to achieve operational and sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage service, inventory management, and budgeting.,Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and local laws.
