📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide individual and group counseling to students to address academic, personal, and social issues,Develop and implement guidance programs and activities to support student development,Conduct career counseling and guidance sessions to help students explore career options and make informed decisions,Assist in the development and implementation of school policies and procedures related to student welfare,Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure a comprehensive support system for students,Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback and reports to parents and teachers,Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and other events to promote student well-being and personal growth,Maintain accurate and confidential records of student guidance activities and counseling sessions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in school guidance and counseling,Strong knowledge of Indonesian education system and curriculum,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Understanding of cultural diversity and sensitivity to different backgrounds,Knowledge of student assessment and evaluation methods
