Lead and manage technical projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Provide expert technical guidance and support to engineering teams, ensuring the successful implementation of marine and industrial solutions.,Develop and maintain technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and manuals, to ensure clarity and accuracy.,Conduct technical audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure the successful delivery of projects and the satisfaction of customers.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in marine and industrial technology, and apply this knowledge to improve our products and services.,Mentor and develop junior engineers, providing them with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles.,Participate in product development and innovation initiatives, contributing to the creation of new and improved marine and industrial solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Marine Engineering, or a related field.,A minimum of 8 years of experience in a technical engineering role, with a focus on marine and industrial applications.,Proven track record of successful project management and technical leadership.,Strong knowledge of marine and industrial systems, including propulsion, electrical, and control systems.,Proficiency in technical software, including CAD, CAM, and PLM systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to travel internationally, as required.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
