📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and activities aligned with early childhood education standards.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for children aged 2-6 years.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure each child's holistic development.
• Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education, preferably in a preschool setting.
• Certification in early childhood education, such as the Early Childhood Education Diploma (D3) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of child development theories and practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with parents, caregivers, and other educators.

• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
