📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide comprehensive fertility care, including IVF, IUI, and other advanced reproductive treatments.
• Conduct patient assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and monitor treatment progress.
• Educate patients on fertility treatments, potential risks, and expected outcomes.
• Collaborate with doctors, embryologists, and support staff to ensure high-quality fertility services.
• Perform laboratory procedures, such as semen analysis and embryo transfer, under the supervision of qualified professionals.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with clinic policies and regulations.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in fertility medicine and best practices.
• Promote a compassionate and supportive environment for patients undergoing fertility treatments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fertility nursing or a related clinical setting.
• Certification in Advanced Fertility Nursing Practice (AFNP) or equivalent.
• Familiarity with IVF, IUI, and other advanced reproductive procedures.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.
• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems, such as Epic or Cerner.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
