• Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry best practices
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure that construction plans are executed effectively
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
• Develop and implement safety protocols to protect workers and the public
• Ensure that construction projects meet environmental and sustainability standards
• Prepare and submit regular reports to stakeholders, including progress updates, cost reports, and risk assessments

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on infrastructure projects
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish
• Strong knowledge of local regulations and industry standards, including those related to environmental and social responsibility
• Proficiency in using construction management software, such as Procore, Primavera, or MS Project
